LJ Hooker Willoughby/Artarmon required marketing collateral that was in line with their sleek new office interiors and more refined franchise branding. The agency’s vision was to be seen as sophisticated and innovative with the weight of LJ Hooker’s well-established and regarded brand and a hint of something different.
We created a branding system that draws on the agency’s existing sleek and minimal style. The colour palette is sophisticated with blacks and neutral greys accented by the trademark LJ Hooker orange. The marketing materials including sales brochures, postcards and flyers are kept minimal and spatially sparse, commanding attention in a cluttered market place. A strong focus on ‘real’ real estate agency imagery helps give the brand a personal touch as an approachable and friendly agency that really cares about its customers.
